Butterfly Children

In the year before the province began supporting the Butterfly Children, EF 52 hosted a charity ball featuring a performance by the Rat Pack. This event was a resounding success, raising €3,500, which was presented on the night to support children suffering from Epidermolysis Bullosa, a rare and debilitating skin condition. This significant contribution, alongside the province’s later support, helped make a lasting impact. After three years of effort, it enabled the establishment of a specialist nurse based in Madrid, dedicated to assisting both parents and medical professionals whenever a baby born in Spain was diagnosed with this condition. This initiative has provided invaluable support to families and raised awareness of the challenges faced by those living with Epidermolysis Bullosa.

Charity Initiatives

Objectives:

Integral support to children with cancer and their families: psychology, physiotherapy, social assistance, nutrition…

Development of research plans to improve the quality of life of sick children.

Annual creation of BONE MEMORY TRANSPLANT DAY.

Editing and distribution of informative material on Bone Marrow Transplantation.

Diffusion and awareness of this type of donation through talks, colloquiums, round tables, etc.

Informative and educational activities in institutes, schools and universities.

Drawing up of collaboration agreements with different hospitals for possible psycho-oncological actions of both patients and their families.

Psycho-oncological assistance both in Hospitals and the creation of a team of volunteers at home.

Collaborate with other organisations to develop common actions.

We are a non-profit organization from Málaga born to HELP those in need.

Due to nowadays crisis, we have had to hand out more than TWO THOUSAND meals daily (counting breakfasts, lunches and dinners).
